Your Project
Planning and building a new facility or adding to your existing facility is a very exciting time. To keep your project on track, you’ll need a well organized team to make sure your project is “On Time, Complete, and Correct”. This is our goal for every project we’re involved in.
 
Planning
Your design team may not have experience with rigging systems, which makes our team approach critical to your success. We’ll work with your staff, and your architect and contractor to coordinate all the details from the beginning. We can also assist you in finding specialized theatrical consultants if needed. Our estimating group will develop quotes for the required work.
 
Project Management
Once you place an order, a member of our Project Management team will be assigned to your project. Their combination of construction and rigging knowledge will help keep your work on track to meet your schedule. A set of project specific system drawings will be prepared for your review and approval – to ensure we all understand the work required. This clear communication prevents confusion and misunderstanding.
 
Manufacturing
Your rigging system will be manufactured in our factory in Syracuse, New York. We’re proud of what we’ve built over the past 120 years, and would be pleased to have you visit us.
 
Installation
The installation of your rigging system will be performed by a J.R. Clancy dealer. We have local dealers nationwide, and in many other countries. They’ll provide local, ongoing support for your systems after the installation.
